This work is both a wearable object and a drawing. It is a garment made from red flannel that resembles an element of the Welsh National Costume but is designed from a map of my hometown of Swansea, Wales. The black elastic threads are embroidered with text describing a memory of the site to which it points and when worn these elastics bind and tangle the wearer in memory.
